Behavioral Health and Addictions Coordination Committee
The Behavioral Health and Addictions Coordination Council(BHAC) is an advisory board appointed by the Carroll County Commissioners to develop strategic plans for substance abuse, mental health, and criminal justice issues in Carroll County. The BHAC serves as the local mental health advisory council and the local alcohol and drug abuse council. Membership in the advisory council consists of representatives from various community organizations.
The CCBHAC holds public meetings in the months of September, December, March and June.
