The purpose of the Board is to offer advice pertaining to the Carroll County Plumbing Code, material specifications or deviations, licensing enforcement procedures; to serve as an arbitrator for written complaints which cannot be resolved by the Code Official or the Bureau of Permits and Inspections; to review and recommend utility contractor and homeowner licensing examinations; and to assist the Code Official in preparing triennial reviews of the Code.

The Plumbing Advisory Board meets quarterly on Thursdays at 8:00 AM.
