FALLS PREVENTION

HEALTHY U

The Partnership for a Healthier Carroll County has a Healthy Aging Leadership Team that meets regularly to address priority issues and to lead activities that are designed to promote healthy lifestyles.

The Healthy Aging Leadership Team has created Healthy U, a collection of clear, informative handouts about stroke, good nutrition, physical activity and skin cancer. The Team strives to work with local organizations and coordinates with the Advancing Health and Wellness Leadership Team in the areas of obesity, diabetes, heart disease and cancer.
