Carroll County Government offers a comprehensive benefits program to employees and qualified family members, including spouses and children. 

For eligible employees hired between the 1^st and 15^th of the month, health benefits will become effective the first day of the month following hire.  For employees hired between the 16^th and the last day of the month, health benefits will become effective the first day of the second month following hire.
