The Department of Management and Budget assists the County Commissioners in efficient allocation of County resources. The Department is comprised of the Bureaus of Budget and Risk Management and Safety. The Department also houses the County Grants Office. Through these agencies, the Department organizes and provides detailed fiscal analysis and grant analysis to assist the County Commissioners and County agencies in making informed management decisions.
