Westminster, MD April 15, 2021 - On or about Wednesday, April 28, 2021, Carroll County is beginning a pipe culvert repair project on Jasontown Road between North Springdale Rd and Uniontown Rd. Due to the scope of the work, the road will be closed between the hours of 7:00 am and 3:00 pm and it is expected, weather permitting to be completed within one day. Temporary detours will be in place during the closure.
