Due to weather conditions, the original Mumma Ford Road closure scheduled on November 15, 2022, will now take place on November 17, 2022, between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, weather permitting. As part of Carroll County’s ongoing effort to maintain our existing structures, the Department of Public Works will be closing Mumma Ford Road at the Monocacy River for a structural inspection. Temporary detour routes will be in place during the closure.
