About: Carroll County Recycling Operations is holding its annual compost bin and rain barrel sale. Orders must be placed and paid online at www.enviroworld.us/carrollcountymd by April 27, 2025. Customers must be prepared to pick up orders on May 3, 2025, between 8 a.m. - 1 p.m. If you cannot pick up during this time, we suggest waiting until the next sale.
