RESOLUTION NO. 955-2015
Ten Year Solid Waste Management Plan --Recycling Receptacles at Special Events
WHEREAS, the County Commissioners of Carroll County are required by Title 9, Subtitle 5 of the Environment Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland to review and revise the Master Plan for Solid Waste; and
WHEREAS, on June 16, 2015, the Carroll County Planning and Zoning Commission certified that the proposed amendment is consistent with the appropriate comprehensive and master plans; and
WHEREAS, on September 24, 20 I 5, the County Commissioners conducted a public hearing on the proposed amendment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Carroll County Ten Year Solid Waste Management Plan 2002-2012 (Updated 2006), Chapter 3, Existing Solid Waste Management System in Carroll County, Section 3. l .1.12.10, Special Events Recycling Program (SERP), be added with Attachment A.
RESOLVED this I" day of October 2015.
