• The membership year begins each year on the first day of January.

  • Lock codes will be changed annually and as needed.

  • We accept checks by mail; or cash, check, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover at the Recreation & Parks main office or register online with a credit card (VISA, MasterCard, and/or Discover).

  • Register online, by mail, or at the Recreation & Parks main office located at 300 S Center Street, Westminster, MD 21157, Mon-Fri from 8am-5pm; or online at: Dog Park Memberships

  • A copy of a County Dog License AND a copy of a rabies certificate is required for each dog.

  • Reminder - handlers are limited to 2 dogs per visit.

Membership Fee

*All dogs must be within the same household, including additional dogs.

Join 1 Dog Park (Bennett Cerf OR South Carroll)

First 2 Dogs  -  $30
Additional Dogs - $5 for each additional dog

Membership fee September 2024-December 2024 is $15 for your first 2 dogs; and $5 for each additional dog. 

Join Both Dog Parks (Bennett Cerf AND South Carroll)

First 2 Dogs  -  $50
Additional Dogs - $5 for each additional dog

Membership fee September 2024-December 2024 is $25 for your first 2 dogs; and $5 for each additional dog.
