Richard Wagner

Rich Wagner has been an active member of North Carroll Rec Council (NCRC) for over 25 years, and he has had a significant positive impact on each of the programs that currently operate under NCRC.  Rich started volunteering for NCRC by coaching Rec Council Soccer for North Carroll in the 1998/1999 season, and then he began coaching for Manchester Baseball in the late 90’s.   In the Fall of 2016, Rich accepted a position on the NCRC Executive Board and became Treasurer of the organization, and remains the Treasurer for NCRC today.  Mahatma Gandhi once said, “The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others”.  Rich continually challenges the way we operate, suggests new ways of doing things, and adds value to our processes at NCRC.  A CPA by trade, Rich truly loses himself in his relentless service to our community by continually holding himself, and others,  to a high degree of financial integrity with the goal of serving youth in our community.
