BOARD OF LICENSE COMMISSIONERS

CARROLL COUNTY, MARYLAND

On November 12, 2025, beginning at 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, the Board of License Commissioners will meet to discuss in open session any pending or new business in the Reagan Room (Rm. 003/004) of the Carroll County Office Building, 225 North Center Street, Westminster, Maryland 21157.

10:00 a.m.       Hearings for first time event holders for one day liquor licenses or other business meeting matters.

10:30 a.m.      Case #6582, A violation hearing for a Class A – Beer, Wine and Liquor license issued to Namrata Basnet for the use of NAM & RAM, LLC, t/a Gateway Liquors, 2977 Baltimore Blvd., Finksburg, Maryland  21048 – (Violation hearing – Sale to a minor, and alcohol awareness training non-compliance).
