On May 13, 2026, beginning at 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, the Board of License Commissioners will meet to discuss in open session any pending or new business in the Reagan Room (Rm. 003/004) of the Carroll County Office Building, 225 North Center Street, Westminster, Maryland 21157.

10:00 a.m.  Hearings for first time event holders for one day liquor licenses or other business meeting matters.

10:30 a.m.  Case #6610, A violation hearing for a Class B – Beer, Wine and Liquor license issued to David Johansson for the use of Champs, Inc., t/a Johansson’s Dining House, 4 West Main Street, Westminster, Maryland 21157– (Violation – Sale to a person under 21.)

11:00 a.m.   Case #6614, A violation hearing for a Class B- Beer, Wine and Liquor license issued to Ricky Lee Jones for the use of Ernie’s Place, t/a Ernie’s Place, 90 West Main Street, Westminster, Maryland 21157- (Violation – Rule 20, percentage of alcohol vs food sales allowed.)
