1. Establishment of Quorum
2. Video of September 16, 2024 meeting available on County website
3. Review of recent ACC/PAB board appointments
4. Update from ACC—brief review of cases: September—no cases presented; October--two cases presented (one from Westminster City Police and one from Hampstead Police Department); November—four cases presented (one case each from Hampstead, Manchester, Taneytown and Westminster City Departments).
5. Updates from Law Enforcement Agencies regarding any upcoming ACC matters, changes in policy if any, current staffing status, system upgrades, any other concerns, upcoming events, etc. Review of meeting between ACC and Lt. Mark Devilbiss regarding summary investigation process.
6. Old business/other.
