Provides FREE one-on-one tech support to all Maryland residents and brings digital equity in Maryland.
It provides:
- tech support in English and Spanish
- any device support including hardware and software
- assistance in getting connected with the internet
- ACP application assistance
- connect to local organizations offering various digital skills classes, device program, and much more

Parts of older computers and other electronics can be taken to the county Northern Landfill and Recycling Center at 1400 Baltimore Blvd, Westminster. Free of charge but restrictions apply:
Residential No Charge Electronics/Computer Items: non-wooden speakers, CPUs, mice, keyboards, printers, power supplies, cables & cords, laptops, scanners, circuit boards, chips & cards, cell phones and PDAs. NO TELEVISIONS, COMPUTER MONITORS or BATH/KITCHEN APPLIANCES. Please call if you are unsure if your item is accepted.
