Westminster, MD, Tuesday, May 19, 2026 – Carroll County Government offices are closed in observance of Memorial Day on Monday, May 25, 2026. Normal business hours will resume on Tuesday, May 26, 2026. 

The Resource Recovery Park, Northern Landfill, will also be closed for the holiday and reopen with normal hours on Tuesday.
