Westminster, MD, Monday, May 18, 2026 –The Carroll County Board of Commissioners announces modified Friday business hours for county facilities beginning Friday, May 22^nd and continuing through Friday, September 4^th.  County office buildings will close at 3:00 pm on all Fridays during this timeframe. The early closing time applies only to Fridays.

Normal business hours, Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, will resume on Tuesday, September 8, 2026.
