Westminster, MD, Thursday, December 14, 2023 – Today, during the Open Session, the Carroll County Board of Commissioners elected new officers for a term of one year. Effective today, the officers are:

President - Commissioner Kenneth A. Kiler, District 2

Vice President - Commissioner Joseph A. Vigliotti, District 1
