Westminster, MD, Thursday, October 17, 2024 – On Tuesday, October 22, 2024, the Carroll County Circle of Caring Homelessness Board is hosting a community resource fair on the grounds of Shepherd’s Staff parking lot, 30 Carroll Street, Westminster, MD from 10 AM – 1 PM. The event is for Carroll County residents experiencing or at risk of homelessness as well as any community members in need of assistance.

Resources include housing, employment, behavioral health resources, the Ghostbusters car, raffle prizes, and free haircuts.  A community lunch will be served during the event at Grace Lutheran Church, across the street.

No registration or advanced notice is necessary. All interested residents are encouraged to attend.
