Westminster, Md, Thursday, September 26, 2024 – On Wednesday, October 9th,  Maryland’s Department of Housing and Community Development Secretary, Jake Day, is bringing the department's "Day Trip" tour series to Carroll County. Carroll County Government is hosting the Secretary and members of his staff for the visit. 

Members of the community and media are invited to attend any of the tour stops. The tour will highlight key developments in affordable housing, small business district revitalization projects, and sites benefitting from DHCD revitalization programs.
