Westminster, MD, Monday, November 18, 2024 - The Carroll County Board of Commissioners invites the public to attend the annual Holiday Lighting on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, at 5 pm. The festivities will occur outside, in front of the Carroll County Government Office Building on the Center Street steps, located at 225 North Center Street in Westminster.

The outdoor activities begin at 5 pm.  There have been reports from the North Pole that Santa will be stopping in on a firetruck!  See all the details below.

The Holiday Lighting Program will start at 5:30. Any updates or cancellation information can be found on the county’s website. 

The Carroll County Board of Commissioners hopes everyone will drive by the setting to enjoy the lights during December and wishes everyone a joyous, safe, and happy holiday season.
