Westminster, MD, Thursday, December 14, 2023 – To provide time and opportunity for Carroll County Government employees to enjoy a brief holiday gathering, most government offices and buildings will be closed on Wednesday, December 20, 2023, from 11 am – 2 pm. 

Emergency Services, Senior & Community Centers, and the Northern Landfill will remain open during this time.

Drop-off boxes for payments and offices are also available on the lower side of the main County Office Building (facing MD Route 140) through the entrance beneath the left green awning.
