Westminster, MD, Monday, February 13, 2023 – The Carroll County Recreation and Parks Advisory Board will hold its next regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, February 22, 2023, at 7:00 pm in the Reagan Room (Room 003) in the County Office Building, located at 225 North Center Street in Westminster.  Public input is encouraged at this meeting regarding the allowance and use of e-bikes on trails in county parks.
